Subway - South Elgin

I placed an online order for an Italian BMT. I am home recuperating from ankle surgery, so my husband went to pick it up.They claimed they never received it. So I'm out the money. They told my husband that I must have the wrong location. Been living here 29 years. I had the right location.

If there's anything good to say about this place I'm not going to say it first of all when you have coupons you should not limit them and offer sandwiches you don't want them charge 8friggin buck for a stinking 6 inch sandwich no extras just the sandwich what a rip off.its been awhile since I've been there and now I'll never go

They filled my orderThey were exceptionally politeWhen I asked for them to cut my 2 sandwiches and switch the halves, they did it with a smile. Awesome service will come back!!!!I wish you guys had the $5 foot long back
