Potbelly - South Elgin

Clean sandwich food that serves good food. Always friendly and clean. Children get a big sandwich and eat half and bring the other half to school. Shakes are pretty good. Brownie Cookies are our favorites. This is against Panda before Best Buy. Your food is good and the place is clean.

I occasionally go to Potbelly. The food is always pretty good. This visit was excellent. The girls who prepared the sandwiches made an excellent job. Many ingredients and well made. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Go on.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I ordered sandwiches for an event, gave them the wrong address (all my fault) and they still went out the way to let it happen. My event was a success, the food was excellent and the customer service was overwhelming. #1 on my list!

Sandwich was fine, soup was good. Has my belly after about an hour, though...

Went to get quick dinner and ordered BLTA and the bacon was raw brought it up to counter and ask is this normal for bacon to be raw and still giggling. No response I ask for new crispy bacon and they said no. I threw it out left won’t go back. Horrible service and no trained manager on duty.
