This store is amazing. It has a small “home store” feel to it which makes it all the better. I’ve never seen a grocery store with a staff that is so dedicated to customer experience. I’ve also never seen a grocery store with a bar, but Daniel at the bar is my new favorite St. Charles bartender because he’s so easy to talk to. He keeps a clean space and has great suggestions. And Molly from the front always goes out of her way to make my kids smile. Really can’t recommend this store enough to all my friends.

Horrible Experience. I Bought A Small Basil Flower And I Went To Return It Because I Found It Half The Price At Trader Joe’s. The Manager Refused To Take It Back, Even Though He Knows That I Am A Regular Shopper Their. The Prices Are Skyrocketing, It’s Not What It Used To Be Years Ago Anymore.

We placed a catering order through La Bella Caputos and it was amazing. Not only was the food delivered exactly at the time requested, it was hot, fresh and delicious! Will definitely use them again for our catering needs. Thanks Caputos!

Sweetness cookies are beyond delicious! I came in and bought each flavor that was available that day along with cake pops and got them for my team members, and oh my goodness! They are so big and soft! The details that goes into each cookie is outstanding! Everyone absolutely loved them! I will definitely be coming back for more!

The assistant manager is very honest. If you have any questions, feel free to ask; they will always give you an honest answer. The store is clean, and the staff is very friendly. About 80% of the time, you can find what you're looking for. Occasionally, some customers can be rude and take the grocery carts, but that's really the only downside I've experienced there.
