Awesome meal last night. We eat here a lot and the food is always great but last night it was incredible! Couldn't fault it simply the best place to eat in Derbyshire. And the service was fantastic, especially considering how busy it was. By the way I highly recommend the pork belly. Nom nom :

We called in for a drink on Sunday afternoon and were soon tempted by the lovely looking plates of food we saw going past us. Great Ham Hock Terrine for starters, Carvery Platter for main, and a scrumptious chocolate thingy for dessert. All washed down with a couple of glasses of wine! Friendly atmosphere, efficient staff, good menu.

We had a lovely champagne breakfast yesterday food lovely so was staff would highly recommend it.

Lovely meal today quick service. I put in the booking today was a birthday occasion and we would appreciate anything that would make it that bit more special. The lovely staff carried a Happy Birthday dessert board to our table whilst singing. Thank you it was a lovely surprise for the birthday boy
