Mcdonald's - South Derbyshire

The food is always cold, and the majority of staff don’t really care. Always a long wait due to the amount of delivery companies picking up food for delivery.

All staff were quiet and one member of staff wandered around with a tray of food in the back for 5 mins before taking it to customer. They don't use computer screens just get a quiet person to attempt to shout the orders ready to collect. On way out the wandering member of staff was stood In the aisle on her phone.

I had an enjoyable visit to this establishment i would go again if service was repeated.u must visit this maccy dees in a store much better than an existing one

Just called for a coffee. Two large vanilla milkshakes and a small portion of French fries (chips) with tomato and a barbecue sauce. Most enjoyable. Staff friendly and helpful will go again

Decide to try the special offer double-large mac for a child's week tea time negotiation, it was just right, easy order of touchscreen and then table service, first arrival drinks a few minutes later eat, wonderful
