Went for Christmas lunch a couple of days before Xmas, table was laid our beautifully, staff friendly and helpful, food was delicious

Extremely disappointed with our festive lunch yesterday Our group of four didn't enjoy our food....cold....the salmon dry the potatoes not cooked....the turkey...

It's a lovely pub by the canal. dog friendly and welcoming locals and barstaff. Prices are extremely good, too.this is a gem of a pub very well worth a visit.

Met up with friends and quite lucky we had booked a table, as the pub became very busy, nice to see. Pedigree was very good, as was the fish and chips.

Called here while on a circular walk for refreshments. Had a roast baguette and a pint of Wainwright's. Baguette with beef was served with a couple of roasties,...
