!!!!! DO NOT GO AT NIGHT TIME UNLESS ITS MONDAY OR TUESDAY!!!!!!! THE NORMAL NIGHT CREW THAT WORKS AT NIGHT SUCK. FOOD SUCKS AND THE SERVICE IS SO BAD THEY TAKE FOREVER TO BE SEATING EVEN THO ITS DEAD AND FOREVER FOR FOOD. I BEEN A REGULAR AT IHOP FOR YEARS AND IM PICKING UP ON WHO IS USUALLY THERE I LIKE TO GO NIGHT TIME BUT IM DONE THEY ARE TERRIBLE THEY NEED TO BE TRAIN BY PEOPLE THAT WORKS IN THE MORNINGS AND I NEVER SEE A MANAGER IG HES THE ONE COOKING THE POOR FOOD SEEMS LIKE A COOK TO ME YOU CANT MANAGE A RESTAURANT BY ONLY COOKING. THEY ARE JUST AWFUL. But I went last Tuesday and only one server and I think 2 cooks and I saw the best manager her name is Donna I knew her for years at ihop she use to be a server cleaning and running the front she was awesome and the server I’m pretty sure her name is Paula she’s been there for a long time but she said her crew works on Mondays and Tuesday only at night so. If I ever want dinner from ihop im only going on mon or Tue FOR THE BEST!!!!! Every morning tho it’s awesome but night time shift needs some work before they start looking like the KC one!!!!! BUT IT ALL COMES DOWN ON WHOS MANAGING HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD MANAGER TO RUN A STORE GOOD!!!!!!!!

Wow what has happened to this restaurant. Used to be this was my go to place but the last 5 months this location has went to pots. Yesterday my wife and I needed to eat before starting shopping. My wife mentioned Ihops. I told her I was kinda of leery because of our last visit. I finally said I’ll go but if it’s a bad experience I’ll never go back. Arrived around 3, got seated fairly quickly. After about the third round by the waiter to see if we were ready we ordered. We got our drinks and my wife’s side salad pretty quick. That’s when the fun began we waited and waited and waited. The wait staff kept apologizing for the long wait. I told the young lady waiting on us that I’ll never be back. Let me clarify I’ll eat at another ihop just not this one. Finally got the food after 30 minutes or longer. I got mine first and then my wife got her’s 5 minutes later. Food was excellent to bad the food preparation wasn’t. We told the waitress her service was great and the food was excellent but the food preparation could be drastically improved. I’ll never be back. At this location.
