Very overpriced food for what it is. I’m staying here at the hotel for a few days but will now defo eat elsewhere after my first meal experience Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Welcoming entrance, junior staff were willing. Apparently they had no bread or sparkling water which was disappointing. We ordered several mains, pork and steak were good quality but two of our party ordered the pea and leek risotto which was awful. It was made with spring onion rather than leek, peas were dull and overcooked and risotto itself was a tasteless mush. Whilst the waitress was polite and apologetic, the manager completely blanked us and made no attempt to reconcile our issue. Nice atmosphere overlooking the lake and friendly staff, but not the quality you would expect from the price. Beef shin was too salty
