The Sawos Kebab - South Cambridgeshire

I was recommended Sawos by locals for a delicious kebab. They offer a variety of options like pizza, burgers, fried chicken, and fish, but the kebabs are definitely the standout choice. We placed a takeaway order over the phone and they were able to deliver to our hotel. The delivery from Fulbourn to Cambridge was quick and only cost £2. I got the Lamb Doner and my friend got the Chicken Kebab, both of which were generously sized. The portions were large for the price, although it was a bit difficult to eat without utensils. I would suggest picking up the food if possible, as the containers made the bread and chips quite soggy.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and I used to enjoy the food, but lately the quality has gone downhill. Everything now seems to lack flavor.

Our party ordered pizzas that arrived late and were burnt with no labels on the boxes. It was difficult to distinguish the toppings and some were so overcooked that they were inedible. Despite our complaints, the staff's attitude was rude and argumentative, even trying to justify the poor quality of the food. We received a partial refund, but were disappointed with both the food and service. We will not be returning to this establishment and advise others to stay away as well.

Rang Ana rang and when I got though for collection I was told 15 minutes, an hour and 20 minutes later food was over cooked and cold. Since new ownership this place has gone downhill considerably. Take it from a Fulbourner who have lives here over 10 years. Avoid this place.
