Delivery turned up 45 minutes late, person on the phone was rude and so dismissive of my query as to where our takeaway was. Disgusting customer service and manners! “Being busy” is not an excuse when we ordered 1hr 45 minutes in advance! If you want a decent Indian takeaway do not order from this business!

I use Ruchi frequently and love their food. The Chicken Xacuti is my personal favourite with a Bombay Aloo and a Garlic Chilli Naan which blows your head off. My partner prefers the King Prawn Puree and the King Prawn Jalpeno. Free delivery on orders over £12 is handy too...keep up the good work!

We have always found the owners and staff to be very friendly and helpful, the food always fresh, tasty and 'clean ' and healthy, and service excellent, If you like real Indian food we would recommend you give it a try if you haven 't already.. :

Rude staff, poor service and food quality is bordering on inedible. Avoid at all costs! Keema naan didn’t actually contain any meat, greasy and tasted of old milk.
