The customer service at this restaurant is awful! They have no system in place to streamline their cake orders, and there is no effort made to correct their mistakes.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for ice cream, particularly Indian ice cream flavors. We have been missing out on these unique flavors for years, such as chikoo, kesar pista, seetaphal, malai kulfi, kulfi falooda, and many others. They can make any food into a milkshake upon request, with only one size available. The quality of all their products, including the spoons, is very good. The store is clean, bright, and colorful, and the staff is friendly. It's usually quite busy, but they offer iceless ice cream by order. They also have party order options with small sizes of different flavors. Pints are prepacked and there is no seating available, only to-go options. They offer 2-3 sizes of cones and you can try their flavors in small or regular cups. Their special menu includes eis falooda, badshahi drink, Asian gola, and various flavors of shrikhand. It would be great to see some photos of this place with all their delicious flavors. I highly recommend this place to ice cream lovers of all ages.

The manager and owners of this restaurant are extremely unprofessional and they frequently close earlier than the hours specified on Google. The food is okay, but the prices are very high. Additionally, the employees do not wear gloves while handling food. It is recommended to visit a different ice cream shop instead.

The customer service was okay. the girl who makes the cake was very nice. it makes the ice cream to adjust. she made a fantastic pie inspired on short notice. it is so delicious and beautifully designed and also they have so many different types of ice and ice cream cake. the cake is my daughter's birthday. she was so surprised and loved it so much. it was so delicious. it made her birthday more perfect. Thank you.

Literally the worst milkshake I’ve had. Consider adding some actual ice cream to your “milkshakes”.
