Always Thai - SOUTH BRIGHTON

Thai restaurant with good food, but not exceptional. It might lean towards a more authentic Thai style, as some other reviewers have noted, resulting in flavors that aren’t very intense. The Green Thai curry was quite oily, but the Massaman curry was enjoyable. The staff were friendly.

Great ambiance. Excellent service. Amazing food!!!! Must try: 1. Fish cakes (if you have been to Thailand have a bite and you're transported right back) 2. Dumplings (siomaaiii love indeed! Filipinos can relate) 3. Broccoli with spicy nut sauce (sorry not sure about the name but the taste I will definitely remember! Perfectly cooked paired with that flavorful sauce) 4. Beef with veggies in spicy sauce (refreshing to the palate) 5. Sea bass in garlic chilli sauce (yes please!!!! Fave last but definitely n0t the least) Share the entire experience with a good company and that right there is living life!

Absolutely the best food I've ever had! I wanted to lick the plate clean. I ordered the green curry with a side of vegetables, and they were the best vegetables I've ever tasted. I apologize for the half-eaten pictures, but I just couldn't wait to dig in!

The food was incredibly delicious, with a more authentic taste compared to many other places. The gentleman I believe was the manager was charming, and the server was not only polite but also very beautiful. Both of them were genuinely lovely people. We were among the last patrons in the restaurant just after 10 PM, so I could tell they were a bit tired. A woman came out from the back, presumably the chef, wearing her coat and carrying her bag, and she smiled at us in a friendly manner as she left. I really liked the decor as well. Since I’m not from the area, it was my first visit, but my friend is a big fan of this place. I just wish we had cash on us to leave a tip! I felt terrible, especially since he treated us to complimentary jasmine tea at the end, which I really appreciated.

The food was very tasty, the place had a great vibe. The service blew my mind! This place is one of the most queer inclusive places I’ve come across in Brighton. The waiter was an absolute gem who was so kind, supportive and helpful. I loved the whole experience!
