My Diner - South Boston

I walked a mile from my hotel to experience some local flavor. The diner is unpretentious and quite pleasant, although the coffee was bland. The service was friendly and warm, which was a nice touch. The sliced ham was delicious, but the sausage links seemed like they were frozen (I could swear they were from Banquet, Brown N' Serve). Overall, I'd come back for the atmosphere.

The food was delicious, the seating was cozy, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly.

I was in Boston for the weekend, and since this was the closest breakfast place to our hotel, we decided to check it out. What a delightful find! Although it's a small spot, the menu is diverse, and the back deck is a fantastic place to eat. The staff were incredibly friendly! The food was excellent and offered great value, especially for Boston. You can really sense a 'neighborhood vibe' from the way many patrons interacted with the staff, which was wonderful. I ordered the Greek Omelette, and my fiancée had pancakes and bacon—both were cooked to perfection! I highly recommend stopping by for breakfast if you're in the area!

The location is convenient and you can easily park around the restaurant. Inside is a little strange, doesn’t feel like a restaurant belongs in this space which adds some quirkiness, which in turn I liked. The breakfast plates were generous and tasty, gave off a home cooked kinda feel. The coffee was weak but I think it fits the diner vibe perfectly. Service was great, makes for feel like you’re at a local spot. We really enjoyed it here!

The food was amazing and very visually appealing. I got “The Nutty Waffle” and was pleased to see that they were very generous with the Nutella. Customer service was also great!
