Went to this store today and had a panic attack, and a member of your staff Tracey couldn’t of been more helpful!! She put me at ease, asked if I needed anyone. Honestly in these hard times she was perfect! She definitely needs to have some recognition. Katie

Spent a half-hour looking for shopping we needed when got to check out had half of shopping taken off as had loaded four items of each item i.e. bottles of shady rd only three sweets only three e.t.c lost half my shopping no sign up about it and as a 70year old and normally spend £200a month there not Andy more

They were marched to the front of the store and forced to empty their pockets. Surprise, surprise—no stolen items were found, prompting the staff member to give a half-hearted apology, but security didn’t apologize at all. I’m outraged that they were subjected to such humiliation, but what angers me the most is the mention of their skin color. If they had been a group of all white children, would anyone have even noticed them? I doubt it. This is blatant racism. I will be filing a complaint with Sainsbury's head office.
