Waka Dog Cafe - South Bend

Edit: After visiting for the second time, I must say this place is probably the best food spot in the area. This time, I ordered online, and the process was quick and easy with an accurate pickup time. It is a bit on the pricey side, but given the quality of the food, I’d say it’s definitely worth it.

The service is a bit slow, but it's not terrible—just the nature of the industry these days. The staff are really friendly. You can't go wrong with their Yankee dogs, and the Chicago dog was quite good too. It’s a nice change of pace every once in a while.

Very very disappointed in the portion size. I?ve had bigger tenders from kids meals. Received 12 fries with my basket. Very disappointing.

Always a fun treat! The owners have expanded the menu and the food is always fresh and tasty.

Probably the best hot dog I've had in my life. I'm used to being disappointed in fries and these fries are fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough.
