They idiotically tried to deliver at 1:30 AM instead of PM (although even the delivery receipt said for PM), waking my girlfriend up in the middle of the night and sending her to chase down a car and meet a random delivery person by herself in the dark. I am absolutely livid about this experience and will be contacting corporate management about this franchise.
Very disappointing. Placed an order through the insomnia website and paid for delivery. Website stated 20-30 min for delivery and sent the tracking number. After 45 mins I called the store as I had not received the cookies and the person said it is to be picked up and cannot deliver or cancel the order. Lost my money and did not get the cookies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!
So so good. Way better than mediocre Betty Crocker Crumble cookies. Make sure to order a side of icing!
Work was amazing. Pamelia helps so much to make it fun. She truly is amazing.
