Dairy Queen - South Bend

Shakes are always ???? ???? ???? and better than ever is their moolattes I'll definitely drive across town for dairy queen if I have a chance to go

Last Friday, I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and was disappointed to find that there was no cookie dough in it, only vanilla ice cream.

Ordered a few shakes after a few sips, I knew something was definitely wrong. It tasted beyond sour. At first I thought it was a bad banana, na, it was SPOILED milk/ice cream . Manager had the nerve to say they were supposed to clean the ice cream machinebut never got to it. ALL of our shakes were bad. I can only imagine how many other customers got rotten drinks. That says ALOTabt the cleanliness of this location.

The milkshake was good, but not the best. The mozzarella sticks were overcooked and lacked cheese.

I don't even think this restaurant deserves a 1-star rating. I ordered a blizzard, a burger with fries, and a drink. I received the drink and blizzard promptly, but it took 20 whole minutes to receive my burger and fries. While I was waiting, I saw half of the employees chatting and goofing off in the back. After 20 minutes, one of the employees who had been messing around brought me my order. It's unbelievable, and I really hope they improve their service. Additionally, when I checked my order, I found that the burger and fries were cold.
