Pompeii Pizza Parlor

This restaurant was one of those hidden gems that if actually closed is an enormous loss. This restaurant has been running for at least 50 years serving excellent food in the same little junky strip mall since I was kid. Now as a Grandpa, I hate to see that this is gone. The same murals on the wall were their when I was a kid too and I have many fond memories (and excellent meals) of Pompeii restaurant. Guess nothing great lasts forever, but this one almost did. I was checking in to see if was still out there for me to try again someday. Truly disappointing. If anyone hears that it reopens please post a note so I can return.

This place is closed......alcohol violation posters on windows...what a sad day...I've been going to this place for 40 years ...the food continued to decline year after year...sorry ..sad..from after West Covina high school football games and dates to introducing my wife and my kids to this landmark place to being closed for alcohol violations....what a sad day for all...shame on the current owners....looking for another place ...petrillios in Glendora I guess...

This place has world class pizza however the place has been closed for a week I hope it's not shut down they are the best and they have been there for ever
