We went to the restaurant tonight for three fish suppers. We were unsure what type of fish it was, but it tasted like a river fish and was not appealing. The fish was very small with a lot of greasy batter. It's a shame because we had a nice experience a few months ago. We were very disappointed.

The service was excellent and the quality of the food was top-notch. Prices were also very reasonable, being half the price of other chip shops I have visited.

Beat in ayr Whenever we visit ayr this is our go to place. Very generous portion sizes and prices are fair for what you get. The fish is recommended. Quick friendly service for such a busy wee shop. Definitely something to look forward to after a day on the seafront
