Cafe Maxx At Tk Maxx - South Ayrshire

Avoid at all cost Unplesant food staff and surroundings. Plenty of places to go to in Ayr but this is not one of them Greasy uncleared tables and not even prepared to mention the toilet facilities

I ordered the lasagna for 5.95 and it came very oily, with only two small pieces of garlic bread. When I asked for extra bread, they charged me 1.88. What???

While shopping in TK Maxx we popped into their cafe for a coffee. The coffee was good, they also had a good selection of snacks and cakes. What lets it down a little are the tables and seating area could be cleaner. Dirty dishes on many of the tables and food stains on the sofas etc.

Decided to go for lunch here. Had a Hot sandwich served with side salad, which is a toasted baguette. It was okay but side salad was a small ramikin dish with shredded leaves and half a cherry tomato. Went back up for drinks and cake.......noticed the chocolate muffins topped with VERY MOULDY strawberries. If I noticed these first time round, I 'd have avoided eating here altogether. Totally off putting and decided to leave and go to the M S Cafe for coffee cake. The other cakes did not look fresh, looked as if they had sat a few days. Will not be back.

Well stopped for a coffee whilst in shopping , I go into tk Maxx for hours so I welcome this idea sit and get refreshed whilst still hving my eye on the bargains lol !! But not best outlook for lunch unless it's just a quick lunch whilst busy shopping u wouldn't take ur friends just fir khbch if u know what I mean ! Coffee nice and place clean
