The Barista, Baker & Brewer

Good location overlooking tennis court. Housed in a old Pizza Hut building. Lovely pies and good coffee (though slightly hotter would have been great).

Ok yes things took a little time, but it was worth it! Great coffee and toasties and lots of awesome stuff to take away. If you want quick, go to a chain store, that said please continue to support the staff that are here doing a great job when under the pump!

The staff at this restaurant provides excellent and friendly service. They are efficient and the sourdough bread, which was soft and fluffy even when toasted, is highly recommended to try.

The wait time at this restaurant is excessively long due to insufficient staffing. Typically, cafes have a designated barista, but on the morning I visited, there was only one server as the other staff member had not shown up. It appears that there are frequent staff changes, which can be frustrating for customers. It is time for this restaurant to improve their service and address their ongoing staffing issues.
