Mamà Burger Cucina Braci Sorrento

I came away very mixed from this restaurant. My boyfriend's burger was excellent and he was happy with it. For my part, I ordered a poké with salmon in it and it was a poké with canned tuna that was served to me. It was not even the tuna poké on the menu but a mixture of several poké as if some ingredients were missing in the kitchen. Nothing was reported by the server upfront and when I explained to him upon receiving my plate that I had not received what I ordered, the server ignored my problem and I ate my plate without looking to insist. The poké was very average and it contrasted with the burger. The waiter barely spoke English and it was difficult to make himself understood. The payment terminal did not work, we had to go and withdraw cash to be able to pay. I recommend only for burgers

The bill is a steal. Poor food and negligible quantities, such a place represents a danger for tourism in Sorrento. We feel offended!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife and I were greeted very kindly. We ordered the chicken burger and it was delicious (to say the least). Amazing service and staff! I highly recommend if you miss a good American burger in an Italian environment Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were the only table in the restaurant, server was overwhelmed, chicken for the kids came out raw. Orders wrong and not as advertised on the menu. The first only positive was the chips Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a Poke bowl, which was supposed to have Teryaki sauce, but the dish didn't have it when I got it. I'm told they don't have any more of it, but he didn't say that when I ordered! Was offered a splash of balsamic vinegar and potatoes instead of the inedible rice which was undercooked. The waiter did not understand English at all and had to fetch the chef, who was only slightly better at English. Our orders were simple but took a long time to appear despite us being the only ones in the restaurant! Would give it 0 stars if I could! We ended up not eating and the waiter then got half mad at us.
