Never disappointed by harveys I go! loves the juicy burger once in the time!

Absolute disappointment! Poutine was less then half full, poppers 1 4 full, chicken fingers were cooked hours prior to us ordering them. We've eaten here before but for 30.00 Never again!

Short of sounding over critical, there is seem to be quiet a lower standard of customer services in Quebec. Short of over generalizations, and the few exceptions where I was treated with exceptional care and respect for choosing to spend my hard earned cash in such places, the general feeling is total rudeness. Here I was, on a short stop with the kids and went in to order some slush for my kids. In the queue, last person standing after the others have been served, but I was still standing waiting for assistance. I was later joined by another customer, the Harvey’s employee walks over to her, and asks for her order. She looks at me without saying anything although realizes that she is being served before I was. This after standing in the queue for over 3 minutes and the only one left standing to be served. My eldest daughter argues race may be a part. I just like to shove that thought to one side for the moment.

It's rare to find a casual dining spot that exceeds expectations like this one did. The service was exceptionally polite and friendly, and the food tasted significantly better than any fast food I've had. I also want to give a special shout-out to Julie, our server; she was so lovely that she truly brightened my day!
