Un autentico pezzo di storia culinaria italiana !!!!

I have relatives in Italy. Decades ago I remember going to Sora to buy take away pizza from a place which was like a hole in the wall. It came in squares that you folded over and tasted heavenly. The shop is no longer around so I asked my relatives where I could find something similar and they recommended this place. When you go to the shop it is advertised as red or white. The red pizza means it has a tomato base so I choose this. Then you choose your toppings. I chose mozarella cheese and salami. It comes out of the oven as a long rectangle and then they cut it up into squares and say how many squares you want. So, it's not your traditional round pizza. It has a lovely thin crunchy crust and the toppings have a lot of flavour. It's not quite the same as the pizza of my memories, but it's still very tasty and costs surprisingly little so well worth it for something to fill you up at lunch with your coffee.

If u have the chance to be in lovely sora this place is a must go to! Small place, 100 percent authentic, funny and very friendly guys offers the best pizza I had in this area ... Enjoy!

Sei un turista o semplicemente passando da te assolutamente deve andare alla tutina e prendere un pezzo di pizza. Meglio se con la mortadella.
