Kashmir, thank you for the beautiful meal we had last night. I felt I had to mention this. It was so tasty. The whole family really enjoyed it. We try different things on the menu and everything is wonderful. You know it's good when you can taste all the different spices used. From Alan and Laura

DO NOT USE KASHMIR in rainworth, after mucking my order up they finally collect my wrong order back 2 hours later then only give me a partial refund. When I ring back to question it I'm told I have to pay £3 for the delivery and 2 cans of pop (that they told us to keep)! First they put the phone down on me so I ring back. I then end up in a 3 way argument where im being shouted at so I put the phone down. They then ring me back off a DIFFERENT number to argue with us more! Nasty nasty bunch of crooks. It's not the money, it's the principal. They clearly need the money. After using them for years I will never use them again

Such a shame the manager of this company is so very rude with no customer service skills, me and my wife ordered 2 pizza's. They were so disgusting my wife call and asked for a refund. Instead they tried to pressure us into ordering something else and he was very pushy about it. However my wife remained calm and demanded the refund eventually he gave in, however it didn't stop there when the driver returned our money they had taken out £3.00 for delivery. My wife then called again and she was just met with a very aggressive man shouting down the phone to her. I'm shocked and can't believe the extremely poor service she received. I would urge you to not order from this place at very best you will receive a poor meal and I dare you to complain about it.

Absolutely appalling telephone manner and customer service... I didn’t even get to make my order before the man who answered put me off with his rude and arrogant tone. Very disappointing and I’ve eaten here a few times before and enjoyed it. Won’t be going or placing an order again.

Placed an order on Hungryhorse and it was accepted. Rang then to amend the order and I think the person who answered the phone was drunk, didn’t seem to understand a word I was saying. Thought I had managed to amend my order, ten minutes later I get an email to say my order has been cancelled as the store is closed. Which it obviously wasn’t as I had spoken to someone. Terrible service, sort of glad I’m going without eating this evening. If the food is as bad as the service, think I’ve dodged a bullet. Would not recommend.
