The chicken salad and pimento cheese are amazing! Absolutely delicious!

The café is no longer in operation as of March 16. According to the sign in the window, they are now exclusively a catering business.

A great stop for travelers! I had the Bronco sandwich and mac and cheese, both of which were easy to enjoy and had a nice portion size. If you're in search of a charming local sandwich shop, this is an excellent choice.

We won’t be coming back. We stumbled upon this restaurant while driving from Vegas to Houston in the middle of nowhere. Prices are a bit steep for what you get, but I assume it's because they cater to the oil industry and are positioned as an alternative to fast food or Mexican cuisine. It does have a nice atmosphere, and the service was good. However, the food was just average; the lettuce was old and had some black spots (as shown in the photo), so I removed it. The corned beef was sliced paper-thin (also pictured) – I’m accustomed to New York delis where it’s served in generous portions. The French Dip was decent, but overall, it fell short of expectations.

The food was amazing! The potatoes for breakfast were absolutely delicious, and the coffee was great too!
