The fries were overcooked. I understand that you were very busy due to the hot weather, and mistakes happen.

They overcooked both hash browns so badly that I had to throw them out. They were not edible. Very disappointed!!!!

It appears that the chicken and fries were left under a heat lamp for too long, resulting in stale fries and tough chicken. I had to discard the food and would appreciate a refund for this inedible meal.

Terrible breakfast, forgot the egg in my sandwich. The hashbrown was dripping with oil. Took two bites , threw away. Waste of money.

I received my fries like it was heated through a microwave. The fries package it was in didn't show any grease or oil stains, to me that tells me I did not get send a fresh batch of fries.
