Mcdonald's - Sonoma County

10/10 for Marcos. His level of customer service is outstanding. Truly goes above and beyond. We stopped in for some dessert and he apologized for the McFlurry being a bit runny. He asked if we wanted something else instead and was incredibly sweet. Thank you Marcos! This guy deserves a promotion!!!

Not just disgusting... Nauseating. My cheeseburger tasted like it had been sitting in the water they rehydrate the onions in. I couldn't take a second bite.The bathroom smelled like an open sewer.I stopped in for a quick break before driving back into the city and left feeling physically ill.

I made a mobile order for pick up at counter, I go to the counter and ask the manager for an order under my name and the order number, she “looks” for it and says that she doesn’t have an order with that name or number. I double check to make sure it’s at the right location, it was. She checks with a guy and he says he doesn’t have it either. She said “i think the wifis down” I ask if I should just order again and she says yes, I reorder and I’m looking at where the door dash orders sit and I see my order, before the order comes out I ask for a refund on the order I just made because I no longer need it. She then says she cannot refund it because it wasn’t her mistake. Then I asked how can I be charged for the same order twice since my “mobile order didn’t come through” and she just shrugged her shoulders and kept saying “I don’t know”. All I wanted was to cancel an order that was not yet made because she lied saying orders are not coming through due to the “wifi being down”. On top of that she charged for an extra sandwich I didn’t ask for when I had to reorder.

I'm constantly remembering when Prices were so much Lower? It burns me up that Stupid Covid-19 allowed Big business to raise prices, Everywhere...Parking: Good luck this particular branch. It's located in a strip mall with various business's which are always filled up. Tight turn to get into the Drive Thru, too
