Contribuiți la feedbackAmazing food! Very inventive and surprising tastes. Tops are the enoki deep fried wedges and the bavette with crab butter is just perfection. Should Michelin or Gault Millau ever come to the greater Boston area, Spoke will be listed. Small minor; very few wines by the glass.
Everything that I absorbed during this meal was wonderful. Sights, smells, sounds, and especially tastes. All activated in a swirl of tasty deliciousness. Thanks for the fantastic experience
The atmosphere is great and the service is decent, but everything in the menu is overly complicated for absolutely no reason. I think that the owner/manager should seriously consider creating a coherent menu, such that the customers can understand what they are ordering, and the staff can explain what is on the menu.
We got seated inside (next to the only other people there) and it was incredibly loud. The waiter had to get so close to us so that we could hear him, that it was a little awkward. Wine was interesting. Food was pretty good. Atmosphere killed it. Vegetarian options: Eggplant Dip
I have never left a restaurant feeling more patronized than this. I asked the waitress to elaborate on a menu item and had her define every word that was part of the dish. The price was beyond inflation, where you leave feeling scammed. There are many more tapas bars in Boston that are more worth your money.
