Mike's Pastry - Somerville

I've always wanted to try their tiramisu, and I finally had the chance! I began with half of the pistachio cannoli tiramisu. The cannoli was impressive at first bite, but it became a bit too sweet if you eat the whole thing. However, the tiramisu was outstanding! It wasn't overly sweet, and I really enjoyed it! :D

The cannolis were absolutely exceptional! They were delicious, not overly sweet, and offered a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. They were so good that I sent my family back to try them as well! I'm really glad I had the chance to visit Mike's while I was in Massachusetts for my son's graduation!

A friend recommended that I visit Mike’s Pastry when he found out I was heading to Boston, and I happened to come across this location during my walk. Though the line was long, it moved fairly quickly. I chose a box filled with a variety of delicious baked goods, including chocolate-dipped cannoli, Boston cream pie, ricotta pie, raspberry foldover cookies, and the intriguing lobster tail and chocolate mini lobster. I must admit that I've never been a fan of cannolis, so I can’t really evaluate their signature item. However, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed all the treats! The service was wonderful, but do note that they only accept cash for payment.

I had my first authentic cannoli experience! I tried the Pecan Caramel flavor, and it was delicious—oh my goodness! I also enjoyed a lemon pastry that was equally tasty. The portion sizes were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the customer service was outstanding. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be coming back!

The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. The staff at the counter was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!
