Contribuiți la feedbackFirst let me start with saying there were maybe two other customers in the building and the drive thru was empty when my family visited the Somerset location. We ordered our food at the kiosk and decided to pay at the counter but it took almost 6 minutes for anyone to come over even though they were all looking at us. After we paid they gave us our cups but shorted us on a cup no big deal until it took almost another ten minutes to get the missing cup then when we got our food half of our order was missing and they acted like we were inconveniencing them and there play time because that's what it was it looked like a daycare behind that counter or better yet a playground at school. There was what we believe was a manager there but she was the worst of the employees. It will be a long time until I consider returning to the location.
This taco bell is a little too inconsistent for me to rate any higher.Let me start by saying this, the service sometimes is perfect friendly, professional, and quick. Then, other times, it's slow and grumpy, and the employees seem bothered to do their jobs. Then the food.... sometimes it's picture perfect, and other times it looks and feels like you got maybe half of what should be in the product. For example, a grill cheese burrito shouldn't come out to the customer looking just slightly bigger than a soft taco. The food is a 50 50 chance of being made right.I think this place is still here just because customers love the taste of tacobell period, and in this town, that is basically it. Which is kinda of sad.The time inside of the store is bland, and often dead, it doesn't feel welcoming and feels like a depressing institutionalized mini cafeteria. Maybe this contributes to the hit and miss service and food. However, on my last dine in experience, I was disgusted by the soda machine. It was dirty and had an off smell to it.Overall, this store is just ok. Some employees are great others, not so much, and the food is hit or miss.Vegetarian options: Veg options are available here like all taco bells.Dietary restrictions: You can get an item modified hereParking: Plenty of parking. Pretty much always openKid-friendliness: Typical taco bellWheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible
Typical fast food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pretty good during breakfast hours, can get busy between 1130a-1p and 430p-6p. Use drivethru for faster service.Vegetarian options: Can substitute refried or black beans in place of meat for any itemWheelchair accessibility: Ramp into double doors
Ate there today with my husband. It was clean and all the employees were great. My complaint is about the food. I’m not complaining about the people making the food because I’m sure that is how they were told to prepare it, but there wasn’t hardly anything in our tacos and chicken chalupas. The taco shells were so thin they couldn’t even hold the little bit of food that were in them. Years ago Taco Bell was a favorite of my family. I’m sorry to say but we won’t be eating at any Taco Bell again.
