Pizza Planet - Somerset

We go here all the time and the employees are always so nice. However we had a issue with our last order and we were told we could claim a free pizza on our next order to make up for the fact our pizza was extremely undercooked and falling apart because it was so undone. When I called the next time, I mentioned this, and the owner Scott completely went off on me and started scolding me that I ask every time I call and he is sick of it and we will never be offering a free pizza so I should just stop asking. This was the first time I asked. I tried to explain to him why I would have a free pizza credit was because of the issue we had last time, however he did not want to hear it and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not a good look from the owner of a business. I canceled my order and advised we will never order their pizza again. Which is too bad because we are very regular customers along with several other family members. They lost several customers today. Anyway I hear Rendezvous has good pizza!

Hot dragons, pizzas, and ice cream are my favorite. And when my co-workers and I stop after work periodically we get the hot dago. Nice place to eat in somerset

The staff is always smiling, helpful and patient. Especially when you have a few kids trying to figure out what kind of ice cream they want. Ice cream portion sizes are big and so is the selection. The pizzas, pizza fries, and wraps are excellent.

I love this place. Order all the time and the food is great. I love going during the summer to get the many flavors of ice
