Chili's - Somerset

The place to have a great hamburger! So large I couldn’t eat it all. The next time I order it I will ask for it to be cooked well done. I wasn’t asked how I would like it cooked. So it was pink in the middle. The waitress was new. So it wasn’t the best ever service. I had to get up from my table to go ask for a-1. Hopefully better service next time I visit. Great Atmosphere. Enjoyed the 80’s music. Wife enjoyed her steak?. We will have to come back for dinner again soon.Parking: The place can get busy at times. But there are plenty more places to park in the rear.Kid-friendliness: Family’s and kids welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

Had the Old Timers hamburger again and as usual it was great.

Went in on 1/27/2024. 1st pair through the door. Upon entry, the rugs were filthy at the entrance. Asked to be seated at the booth near the bathroom. On our way to our seat, there was food, debris and dirt on the floors and under the tables. The booth we sat at had ripped seaing with the stuffing protruding. Our waitress was awesome and we placed our order. We both went to the restroom and upon entering, I noticed the whole place was disgusting. Urinal had urine and pubic hair on top of it. The metal stall walls were covered in filth and what appeared to be feces. The Kickplate on the exit door was filthy and covered in who knows what. The stall door was disgusting. They need a visit from the heath department because if they don't care what customers do see, imagine how bad it is in the back where you can't see! Wouldn't be a bit surprised to hear of an outbreak of something originating from this restaurant. Needs shut down until further notice and deep cleaned. Yuck!Edit; To the owners response, I've already reached out to corporate. You should be hearing from them shortly. May contract the health department because that place is filthy.

Took my parents here for their 40th wedding anniversary lunch.The hostess lost us, never came for us as we waited over an hour for our 20 minute table wait. We wound up eating at the bar and the bar tender was awesome. She redeemed what was left of the day.Thank you.

Ate there 3 times within 6 months and the quality of the food was below average. We ordered different items each time but still disappointed, even after getting a replacement meal. Done dining here and will enjoy other restaurants in town.
