Primohoagies - Somers Point

Yesterday the primo Italian was amazing. Today we have ordered ourselves early because of our schedule and I couldn't believe it. the roll was stabbed, from the outset from the left. absolutely terrible. we all know that the roll defines the hoagie. So, I think I need to find out when their fresh baked rolls are ready and then order. Never before!

Love the hoagie and steaks. Gave it a 4 star because they need French fries to go with the sandwiches especially the steak sandwiches. I go all the time. Get their app and get special discounts.

Ordered a Mild Italian because I can't eat spicy things anymore and they gave me a regular Italian that had spicy Capecola in it

I've been going to Primo Hoagies for many years.I was happy to see there was one now in Somers Point (NJ).We decided to have Primos tonight so instead of going over to Ocean City we went to the Somers Point location.We order three different primo size hoagies.One was an original Italian, a Nonna, and their new chicken cheesesteak.The sandwiches were tasty.What I was very disappointed in was the huge difference in the amount of substance that was inside the roll.I'm use to not being able to close the roll because there is alway so much meat inside the roll.These sandwiches were so thin that the roll was able to completely close and you didn't know which side was the side that had been cut open.I do understand the times we are in but when you are charging over ten dollars a sandwich you can't put five dollars worth of meat in it.This is the first time this has ever happened to me at Primos so I'm hoping it is the only time and not something that is going to continue.I will try a few of the other locations that I'm accustomed to going to see if this was sent down from corporate or just a one time thing from a new store.
