Contribuiți la feedbackReally the worst experience, it’s not the food not the setup, they’re the front staff, extremely rude and make you hate the moment you step in the place, this is what happened with me and my 13 yo daughter while visiting the place for the 1st time today.
Yikes, how is this in business? Multiple health code violations.. definitely not made with respect that someone will eat it.
Not my favorite restaurant chain. None of the choices are marked. No refried beans. Not very Mexican to me. No Mexican music playing.
Wow. Just wow. Where do I even start? When I was driving home from a tiring day of work I was thinking, hmm chipotle sounds kinda yummy. I went back and forth for a minute or two deciding if I wanted to spend my hard earned dollars on food or make it at home. I took the gamble and to say the least was not disappointed. I don’t go into chipotle myself much but when I opened those doors I was greeted to a loud sound system blasting around me… GOOD VIBES!!! When I got to the counter I awkwardly stood for a moment pretending to gaze at the menu while two employees chatted along. After a brief moment she came over and said what can I get for you. As I relayed my order to the woman she was awfully quick and quiet with her questions making it difficult to understand. Non the less, she loaded my steak bowl TF up!! What has me so amped up about this experience was the amount of time it took for me to get in and out of the infamous joint. 1 minute 30 seconds. Yeah you heard that right. I walked out of the establishment nearly jawdropped and immediately went to text my peers. If the employees had gone the extra few feet to throw some better manners or people pleasing skills into my experience, they’d have some extra bones in their pockets. However this was unbelievable. Although my stomach didn’t agree with me, I’m still writing this review in amazement.
