My husband comes from a family that used to be in the candy business. He and everyone in our party thought this was the best chocolate we have ever had.

Stopped by here with my husband, and we had to come by again before leaving! I’m a big fan of chocolate-covered cherries, so I tried their cherry cordials, which were so good! I also got the macadamia turtle (also super good and my husband loved the mint truffles. I think whatever you try in here is going to be good!

Would like to give this place a 5 star because we love chocolate but when the owner of the store acted belligerent toward our group because one of them was wearing a T-shirt supporting law enforcement and then when the owner lies about his products on his shelves not being expired with a 4 month old expiration date, and all we had to do was pick up every one of the Stroop Waffles he was selling to see the expiration dates were MONTHS old, we all walked out and did not give him any business because we had proof he was lying. Too bad for them because we were all looking to get floats due to the heat and having walked for hours in town. Went to Trolley Ice Cream and helped to keep them in business with almost $200 in sales.

Excellent fresh chocolate and candy shop in Solvang; superb marzipan choices. Once upon a time, had the biggest licorice selection in the hemisphere; now, even at a shadow of its former self, it is still delightful.

Received turtles with almonds and they were the best I ever had. Hope I can order them again
