This Alex guy is totally wrong he sounds like a guy who loves a video game girl and has 9 computers.

Everyday last few weeks they are closing dining lobby very early in the evening. And, projecting very rude behavior with online order customers’ keeping them awaiting in the parking spot… saying everyone for 2 minutes but in fact after 20 minutes also they saying couple of more minutes to wait,,,??? This is NOT Wendy’s reputation!Headquarters administrators should pay a visit in this Wendy’s ASAP. And, their organizational behavior training should be conducted. Sad

This location can't even serve breakfast until 10:30am. I bet they throw it all away and waste it all in between breakfast and lunch. No one wants a burger at 10am. Even if you did, this location said they CLOSE AND SERVE NOTHING 10am-11am! Disappointed to say the least.

It’s a shame they built that nice new Wendy’s just for the food and service to severely decline. This location used to be my favorite in the area. Would literally drive all the way across town just for this specific Wendy’s because they were so nice and the food was always HOT! They have nothing but children with shallow attitudes working there they don’t want to work because they’ll randomly close at any time during the day. Get it together y’all!

Drive-thru customer. When I asked the cashier to read back my order to make sure she got everything correctly, this was her response you ordered two ones and large drinks that comes with your meal . Umm, that is not considered a read back of a order. Then I asked for a receipt, our machine is out of paper . I had to giggle and shake my head. The man that was have a conversation with the car before me was not pleasant as handed me the bag and closed the window.I would drive 20 minutes to this Wendy 's because the service was excellent until TODAY! Best of luck, my money will no longer help keep the lights on!
