Taco Bell - Solon

After the KFC/Taco Bell location at Tower City closed, I was on the lookout for a new one. I finally found one but my excitement faded when I encountered rudeness from the staff. I tried to order extra crispy chicken, but was told it would take 30 minutes and that I should preorder next time. I ended up getting the original 12-piece family meal. When I asked to add a cup of cheese at the window, I was told I would have to go back through the drive-thru as there were no additional stops. I was then asked to move to a parking lot to wait for my food. The chicken was cold and dry with only one serving of sides. Despite wanting a refund, I waited as my family was hungry. The workers seemed tense and one woman was particularly mean and unhelpful. I will not be returning to this location and suggest others avoid it as well. The service was unacceptable and inhumane.

I went to the opposite restaurant over the weekend and stayed right across at the Hampton Inn. I decided to go to Taco Bell/KFC on Saturday night instead. When I approached the counter, someone greeted me from at least 15 feet away. They insisted on using the drive-thru only, even though I was inside. The person repeated themselves and made driving gestures as if I couldn't understand. Without argument, I left and drove to a different restaurant where customers are treated with respect. I will never go back to that place again.

I give this restaurant a perfect 10 out of 10! The spicy potato dish was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised that they included diablo sauce, just as I had requested. Not all Taco Bells are the same, but this one is exceptional. I highly recommend it!

Always a type of problem, missing product, lasts forever after they tell them to pull and sit the building waiting to bring cold luke warm items and not fully packed food in the bag. the prices also have very expensive for this type of quality and service

New menu stinks and overpriced but the employees are good
