A great small hotel with very nice and welcoming things, great rooms and great breakfast. it is about 7 minutes away from the center, which is not bad at all. we really enjoyed our stay and recommended to everyone.

This is a good place to stay breakfast included. Excellent service, the manager is a good host inclusive room service, room cleaning. The bedrooms have enough space, cable TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, private bathroom, asking for jacuzzi. Everything is clean and comfortable

We initially had reservations elsewhere and ended our trek early in the urgent need of accommodation within an hour. We found this jewel after a very difficult day, and immediately we felt comfortable with this family hotel. They opened their kitchen and cook the best dinner! For a nice room, hot showers, clean rooms, eating on site, jacuzzi and perfect distance from Main Street the price was more than reasonable. This family has the true meaning for 5 star customer service, oh and trust me, I was raised in snobby cities to know what is expected in customer service! We loved it so much here that we canceled our original reservations elsewhere to spend our entire stay here. We have no doubt we would recommend family and friends not only to visit Guatemala but to stay here in San Pedro La La La Laguna in this hotel!!!

My son and I were here for 11 days, the hotel is beautiful, but the family and the staff are even more beautiful! I have nothing but beautiful things to say, the rooms are clean, the water is hot, and the pictures are a good note to the hotel. the small problems I encountered were quickly remedied by dolphin and team. Many thanks that they help make our visit to san pedro great!

The best! Family owned and just a great place. The owner and staff were very helpful. We originally planned on staying one day but everything was so great that we stayed a full week. The owner helped us book a paragliding trip. If I go back to San Pedro I will stay here.
