Subway - Sollentuna

I ordered a sandwich. When I went to pay, I showed the cashier my Subway app with the offer of any footlong for 59 SEK. The cashier then told me that the offer was not valid at this restaurant. I double-checked the offer in the app and it stated that it was valid nationally. There was also a large sign behind the cashier that said to download the Subway app and take advantage of our offers or similar. I told the cashier that the sign behind him said that the restaurant accepts app offers. The cashier then said that the sign was wrong. Clearly, this is a franchisee who does not want to accept any discounts. I then told the cashier that I no longer wanted the sandwich and walked away. Afterwards, I checked very carefully to make sure I hadn't misunderstood the offer, and this restaurant is even specifically listed in the list of restaurants where the offer is valid. The funny thing is that when I went there, I had no knowledge of the offer and was prepared to pay full price.

There wasn't much variety in the bread selection, only two options available. There is a waiter who is African American, I don't know his name, but he was rude because he was hungry and wanted to eat before serving us.

I would advise against visiting this restaurant. The service was very poor and the quality of food was terrible. I have been eating at Subway for the past five years, but this particular location has tarnished the reputation of the franchise. They should not be in business if they cannot provide better service. The staff, especially Humira, needs more training.

A typical Subway restaurant, clean and tidy, with the usual menu and Sub of the day options. Service was good, but a little meagre on the toppings I found , so not the best subs I've had but the children love them. The subway cookies are always good and very moorish.

So they told us to wait a bit. Then! They took someone elses order before us. And then he told us to come back in 30 mins. He also refused to tell us why. Worst service ever.
