Hotell Hallstaberget - Sollefteaa

We went to the hotel restaurant for the delicious lunch buffet and as you can see, a magnificent and beautiful view over the scenic shouldefteå and the surrounding valley with its winding river frozen to this time. a wonderful winter trail to spend a day.

One of the most unforgettable places! we visit every year to rest with our family for a few days.

The room was very nice and had a wonderful view. it was clean and comfortable. but it was extremely warm at night. to solve the problem, we slept with open windows. the spa was very nice and there was plenty of space, also beautiful drinks. Food was not good, I have allergy and communicated it to the staff and the food I got gave me allergy symptoms. I asked for gluten-free broth for my dinner and got a broth that was frozen next to my dinner. at least they could have warmed it up. breakfast was acceptable, many options and tasty. but the three-course dinner with the package was terrible, but everything Dessert was slandered. Food lacked salt and because of my allergies I got a dry fish without sauce. You said to comment when you give food allergies to the reservation, but what?

It is an amazing place in an amazing location, but I feel that the service could be better for a 5* hotel, maybe with more Peopke in the reception or in the bar will be great.

Very good customer service but the dinner package we paid for did not include dessert even though we were informed that it was. The room I got was also unfinished, missing the trim around the door allowing more sound from the hallway in. There was also unfinished wiring in the room. Otherwise it was very cosy. The location is scenic and the spa/pool area was very nice indeed.
