The Lazy Cow - Solihull

The restaurant was a disappointment. We were met with extremely rude and aggressive behavior from the manageress/owner, who seemed to believe they were superior to us. This tainted our experience, despite the nice facility and our initial excitement to eat there. Unfortunately, we will not be returning as we do not want to risk encountering this individual again. A beautiful decoration cannot make up for a failed dining experience.

I was feeling bored and had fish fingers for lunch at work, so I decided to meet up with a friend in the late afternoon to find a place where I could get more. We found a spot with a good atmosphere and ordered some fish fingers. The staff was friendly but a bit on the expensive side for a 4pm meal.

We were treated incredibly poorly by an off-duty manager or owner at this restaurant. They spoke to us rudely, condescendingly, and aggressively, with a superior attitude. Despite the pleasant decor, we were unable to enjoy our drinks or consider staying for a meal due to the unwelcoming atmosphere created by this individual. We will not be returning as we do not want to risk another negative interaction, and the nice decor is not enough to make up for such a disappointing experience.

It was one of those days when i was bored at work and was craving fish fingers!We we hit out late afternoon searching for some place where i can get those. Went to this place, and ordered some fish fingers which were ok. ambiance is good but i was really not into it at in the afternoon br br/>Nice staff! A bit expensive though...
