Coppice Fast Foods - Solihull

I recently had a disappointing experience at a chip shop in the area. Despite the name suggesting fast service, there was a significant wait for our fish and chips. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The fish was overcooked with burnt batter, looking and tasting as though it had been sitting out for days. The overall presentation was unappetizing and neither my companion nor I could stomach more than a bite or two. To make matters worse, our order was incomplete as the peas never arrived. Slow service, poor quality food, and missing items are all reasons I would not recommend this place to others.

I have been a customer of this restaurant on and off for many years, but this was the worst experience I have ever had. We ordered a big plate of chips with a battered sausage, but the chips were cold, hard, and inedible. There were black and crispy ones mixed in, and none of them were a proper size. I complained to the staff, who were very rude and offered no apology. After my mum found a hair in her food, we decided to never go back. The food was disgusting and should be avoided at all costs.

I am thoroughly disappointed with my dining experience tonight. The chips were oily and hard, the mushrooms were half-battered and not fresh, and the mixed meat kebab in a naan lacked meat and had a powdery and dry naan. The mini fish I ordered was incredibly small and had a disgusting smell, making it inedible. It all seemed like leftovers from the day before and appeared to have been reheated in a microwave. I paid £17 for this meal and I do not recommend eating here. It was a terrible experience and I'm sure even Gordon Ramsey would be ashamed.

Ordered veggie breaky today 01/07/2021 Portion size is appauling, came in small burger box, veggie sausages very very dry, toast is not even toast, it is normal bread with abit of butter on it .. also forgot to send my tea/coffee with my veggie breaky. Overall very very disappointed, will not order from here again and i also DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FROM HERE

First of all the place was clean. I think that is the only positive thing I can say. Staff chewing gum food dried and burnt. Expensive for what they are offering.
