Amaranto is an excellent buffet with a huge selection of food. Operating hours are very generous, accommodating both early birds and night owls. The many dinning rooms offer slightly different ambiences all inspired by a French Cafe/Bistro. The Air Conditioning is weak, and sometimes unnoticeable during peak lunch hours on hot days. (Still bearable) The buffet features many standard dishes available everyday along with rotational dishes that change based on the nightly theme. There’s a huge variety to cater to everyone including Vegetarian dishes, and Pescatarian dishes. Staff are very attentive to food allergies and dietary requirements. Before bringing you to your table they always ask about allergies and offer their assistance in navigating the buffet. Waiters are always on hand to serve you drinks and clear away your table. Overall an excellent buffet with many hardworking staff members.
