Sushi Exchange - Soldotna

I've only ever had great experiences with Sushi Exchange. The food is always ready when they say it will be, it's of great quality, and the workers are very kind. I recommend the Bubble Tea if you haven't tried it. Very good boba.

Everything you can order from here is seriously addicting. From the bentos, to the rolls, the appetizers and the entrees. It's always fresh, hot and super delicious. One of my favorite places. The staff is the absolute best too!!

Lots of pregnancy safe options, giant roll sizes, great quality! I'm sooo happy to have good sushi on the KPen!

Currently, the restaurant is doing drive through ordering and pick up due to remodeling. Service was friendly and food was delicious and filling!
