Ginger's - Soldotna

Breakfast and service was as good as it gets. No disappointments here.

Good food, not greasy, hot on arrival. Server was pleasant and food was served quickly. Without Google Maps we would not have even known the restaurant was there. And it was difficult to find without any street visibility or signage.

A restaurant inside of an old mall. Seemed popular with locals so we tried it. My wife and oldest daughter got French toast, bacon and eggs and shared. They rate them a 7/10. My two youngest kids got bacon, eggs and pancakes. Neither liked the pancakes so i tried them. They were very hard so the pancakes got left behind. I had the omelette and thought it was pretty dang good. It was kinda expensive for what we got but then again, everything in Alaska is expensive. The service was outstanding and we loved the atmosphere. If not for the high prices and tough pancakes i would rate this place a solid 5/5. So avoid the pancakes and you've got a great place!

Cute little vintage 50’s decor. Greasy spoon, but very accommodating. My 2 year old loved the French toast.
