It’s one of the better places in Sofia, however they maintain low stock, so one has to to visit multiple shops to collect if you wanna buy a variety of products. The staff is not too willing to help in finding availability as their systems updates once every 24h and requires multiple phone calls to each shop which they’d rather the customers to do themselves.

I've been randomly visiting this shop for a lot of years. Maybe at the beginning they made some effort to be real and offer products with certain consciousness, but this spirit evaporated quite soon and the desire to make as much as profit as possible settled forever since. Ok, nothing new under the sun, some may say. They all do it. However when they reached the point to serve an old lady seeking a healing, with expiring products and this is not an isolated case, this is quite low, evil behavior. Not to mention the offer is limited and the prices are high above every european country. Poor, naive customers!

A chain of organic stores around Sofia, if you have dietary restrictions this is a great stop. They also sell pastries, milkshakes, and smoothies.
