I was able to find the vegan version of Tarator, a traditional local soup, at this restaurant. I also ordered the vegan steak, which was incredibly delicious!

Nice and cosy bistro in downtown sofia. Prices are good and the staff is friendly. The kitchen is open until 10 pm.
