Restorant Proya - Sofia

Beautiful selection of different dishes and wines. Appropriate prices. Minus parking very narrow street and small place to parking your car.

Fantastic food. The spinach salad with avocado was to die for. Soups were great. Slow cooked beef on a charcoal was the most amazing dish we had today. Little over salted, but still amazing. Deserts haselnut cake and traditinoal home made biscuit cake were delicious. The sheff is Serbian and I think one of the most talented food preparer I've ever experienced. Wait stuff was well trained. Actually I am going again in few minutes. This is rare.

Solid serbian cooking, good roasts, fairly cozy, fair prices

The service is great, nice poeple and always looking for the customer. BUT... They let people smoke inside, so it's full of smoke and there weren't many people if the restaurant is full, I definitely wouldn't made it till the end). The food is far from amazing but the prices are premium. I don't mind spending money on good food but this wasn't the case). The interior is old-school and boring and the atmosphere was really bad. The lighting was off, the choice of music was bad and artwork was repellent. The only good thing were the desserts that's why I give 2 stars). The were amazing, delicious and beautiful. But they won't make me return there unless they fix the other thinks. I DON'T recommend this place, there are far better in Sofia.g
