Kfc - Sofia

Bought two buckets for one, two colas and 8 spicy wings. Wings were not spicy, potatoes were probably some hours old. Colas were room temperature without ice. I've eaten in KFC thousands of times. I live around and coming often. That was terrible this time. Always something is off but this time everything was baaaad.

I believe they were trying to give me back less money than should have because I am foreigner. I apologize if that was only an accident.

Worst KFC ever the chicken is oily and the waiter can't even speak English the only good was the wings and the fries

I have had KFC in many places around the world. Best KFC no cap. Sad that the crunch got more expensive

It's KFC, what do you expect. It is unfortunate that such large franchises really only focus on mediocre food preparation and honestly the quality of the chicken has gone down. To be fair, it is exactly what you'd expect if you've ever frequented the chain.
